I have taken many routes less traveled in life which I believe has contributed to my unique characteristics of being conscientious and to the development of my strong sense of integrity.

I served honorably in the U.S. Army prior to a professional career in public service. I hold a master's degree in public administration which has provided me a broad range of opportunities at both state and federal levels of government as well as the private sector. These opportunities have allowed me to gain valuable experience planning and managing various projects throughout a 20-year career.​

In 2023, I altered my career course in public service with a heading towards real estate. 

 

This year, I'm excited that my wife, Meihui (May) Lu has received her real estate license and we are now a team.   We are proud to serve the Quad City community as a real estate professionals with NextHome QC Realty, licensed in both Illinois and Iowa.
